About the Role:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent to support our business growth. You will work closely with our recruiting team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, ensuring that we attract the best candidates for our open positions.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute recruitment plans to meet business needs
  • Build relationships with internal stakeholders to understand staffing requirements
  • Source and evaluate top talent through various channels, including social media, job boards, and referrals
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and interview processes
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations

 

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
