As an Executive Manager, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives critical to our technology priorities, partnering with business areas to define governance and reporting requirements, and overseeing workforce and financial management activities.

The ideal candidate will have experience in leading strategy and performance functions in Technology, Business, or Operations, with a proven track record of stakeholder management and excellent communication skills.

You will also possess strong financial acumen, experience in managing large data sets, and the ability to provide insights to enable senior business leaders to make data-driven decisions.

In this role, you will work closely with our General Manager - Performance to drive the development and enablement of the strategic agenda for the business, providing support to the implementation of strategy, planning, and operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with business areas to define and continuously improve governance and reporting requirements;
  • Leading strategic initiatives critical to technology priorities on behalf of Group Executive/Executive General Manager;
  • Overseeing workforce and financial management activity against targets;
  • Preparing materials for various forums, including presentations, annual and quarterly memos, strategy papers, and Board-level documentation;
  • Overseeing, facilitating, and enabling the Leadership team to deliver an aligned approach for agreed Technology and business strategic priorities;
  • Resolving and removing blockers that impact prioritization and outcomes;
  • Tracking metrics against stated objectives and key results; leveraging data-driven insights to inform continuous improvement opportunities;
  • Managing high complexity and change, solving problems, managing senior stakeholder relationships, and operating with an enterprise mindset;
  • Driving governance reporting requirements, including milestones, financials, benefits, and risks; deep diving into analytics and providing meaningful insights to drive business decisions;
  • Providing people leadership and management where relevant and contributing to the capability uplift of others.

About the Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Executive Manager to join our Technology Strategy & Performance team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in strategy and performance, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving business outcomes.

The estimated salary for this position is $150,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
