About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Manager to join our Strategy & Performance team, driving strategic initiatives and fostering collaboration across the organization.

This pivotal role will focus on developing and enabling the strategic agenda for the business, providing support for strategy implementation, planning, operations, financial management, and risk management. Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business areas to define and continuously improve governance and reporting requirements, ensuring seamless alignment with organizational goals.
  • Lead critical strategic initiatives that align with technology priorities, serving as a key liaison between Group Executive/Executive General Manager and various teams.
  • Oversee workforce and financial management activities against targets, including forecasts, budgets, actuals, and reconciliation, ensuring effective resource allocation and fiscal stewardship.
  • Prepare and present materials for senior forums, such as presentation materials, annual and quarterly memos, strategy papers, and Board-level documentation.
  • Facilitate and enable Leadership Team alignment on agreed Technology and business strategic priorities, managing the quarterly planning cycle and resolving blockers that impact prioritization and outcomes.
  • Track metrics against stated objectives and key results, leveraging data-driven insights to inform continuous improvement opportunities and drive informed decision-making.
  • Manage complex change, solve problems, manage senior stakeholder relationships, and operate with an enterprise mindset, demonstrating expertise in strategic execution and stakeholder engagement.
  • Drive governance reporting requirements, deep-dive into analytics, and provide meaningful insights to drive business decisions, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across the organization.
  • Provide people leadership and management where relevant, contributing to capability uplift and development of others.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • Proven experience in leading in a Strategy & Performance function in Technology, Business, or Operations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies to diverse audiences.
  • Experience in strategy planning and execution, with a strong understanding of organizational priorities and stakeholder needs.
  • Strong financial acumen, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and inform business decisions.
