About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment team and shape the future of Queensland Rail. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Implement Recruitment Strategy: Create and execute a comprehensive recruitment plan that meets the unique needs of our diverse locations and aligns with our organisational goals.
- Innovation and Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve our recruitment processes and implement innovative solutions to stay ahead of the curve.
- Talent Acquisition and Management: Oversee a range of recruitment campaigns, including high-volume campaigns for apprentices, graduates, and trainees, showcasing Queensland Rail as an employer of choice across the state.
- Data Analysis and Insights: Analyse recruitment data to inform strategic decision making and ensure we build strong teams for every region.
