About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment efforts and develop strategic sourcing strategies for The Star Brisbane.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and play a key role in building a diverse and talented workforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with The Star's overall goals, ensuring a focus on attracting high-quality talent
  • Lead a team of Talent Acquisition Partners, ensuring a high level of team engagement through mentorship and providing opportunities for learning and development
  • Track and analyse key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and quality of hire, providing regular reports to stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and optimise the recruitment process
  • Implement and promote strategies aimed at attracting a diverse workforce, ensuring inclusive hiring practices are integrated throughout the recruitment process
  • Lead the execution of onboarding learning delivery and operations for The Star Brisbane, ensuring the effective facilitation of learning programs
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in recruiting both high-volume and specialised roles, along with managing teams to deliver quality candidates to businesses with complex requirements
  • Deep understanding of the talent market and effective sourcing techniques to attract diverse talent
  • Commitment to promoting a positive employer brand and creating an engaging candidate experience
  • Ability to form strong relationships with key stakeholders and foster collaboration as a subject matter expert, providing high-calibre talent advisory and guidance
About You

You are an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager with a passion for connecting the right talent with the right opportunities. You possess a strong understanding of compliance and regulations in recruitment, ensuring that all processes adhere to industry standards and legal requirements. Your leadership style fosters a collaborative team environment, empowering your recruitment team to excel.

You are adept at developing strategic sourcing strategies and have a proven track record in managing high-volume recruitment while meeting the unique needs of various hiring managers. With excellent communication skills and a data-driven mindset, you are committed to enhancing the candidate experience and driving recruitment success.
