Bid Proposal Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage proposals and bids for our organization in the ANZ region.
This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, developing proposal documents, and maintaining strong working relationships with sales and internal customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a dynamic workload of simultaneous proposals
- Assess and communicate customer requirements for inclusion in solution and implementation planning
- Create/coordinate customer proposal documents such as Statement of Work, Bill of Materials, Implementation Plan, Delivery Schedule, Risk Register
- Develop and use standardised documents such as templates and agreements
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with sales, solutions managers and internal customers
- Regular progress reports and ability to escalate issues as appropriate
