About Us

We're seeking a seasoned professional to drive organisational culture and engagement initiatives. This strategic role will play a key part in shaping our workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, deliver and evaluate an employee survey program.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to cascade results, analyse sentiment and drive action planning.
  • Support the implementation of new organisational listening tools.
  • Develop culture initiatives that bring our values to life.
  • Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes for listening tools.
  • Provide insights and reporting to senior leaders, regulators and monitors.
  • Contribute to the development of culture, learning and DEI programs through data and strategic input.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulatory commitments.

About You

This role is ideal for a strategic and data-savvy professional with a passion for culture and engagement. You should be a natural collaborator who can influence at all levels and bring a continuous improvement mindset.

  • Proven experience delivering culture and engagement programs.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong growth mindset with experience in coaching and mentoring others.
  • Familiarity with HR technologies and survey platforms (e.g. Qualtrics, Peakon, CultureAmp).
  • A degree in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Business or a related field.
