Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a role model for the team, exemplifying exceptional customer service and the Acttif brand values.
  • Foster a culture of sales excellence, guiding your team to achieve and surpass performance metrics.
  • Analyze sales data to inform operational strategies in collaboration with management.
  • Encourage open communication and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Act as the primary decision-maker during your shifts, addressing customer and team member inquiries effectively.

Role Scope:

In this position, you will engage with a diverse range of products, including beauty, skincare, and wellness items, while overseeing various store operations.

You will receive comprehensive training and ongoing development through our specialized learning platforms, ensuring you are well-equipped to guide clients in discovering our offerings.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Available for a flexible 38-hour work schedule to meet store demands.
  • Possesses prior experience in retail management, including financial oversight and team leadership.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite for data analysis and reporting.
  • A hands-on leader who thrives on the sales floor, motivating and coaching team members.
