What We're Looking for:

  • Proven retail management experience with a strong track record of success
  • Preferred experience in high volume or big box stock management
  • An owner's mindset in your leadership style, with a passion for driving results and inspiring your team
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate management expectations
  • Proficiency in computer skills and first aid certification
