Position Overview:

We are seeking a Floor Manager (Senior Beauty Advisor) for our retail operations. This is a full-time role that offers a unique opportunity to share your expertise and influence within a leading beauty retail environment.

Role Responsibilities:

As a Floor Manager, you will act as a Senior Beauty Advisor, collaborating closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to lead a dynamic team in a vibrant retail setting, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Setting an example for your team by delivering an outstanding customer experience that reflects our brand values.
  • Fostering a sales-driven culture to surpass performance metrics while enhancing team capabilities through coaching and mentorship.
  • Analyzing operational data to inform strategic decisions in partnership with management.
  • Encouraging open dialogue within your team by providing constructive feedback and maintaining effective communication with management.
  • Acting as the point of contact for customer and team member inquiries, confidently making decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule to meet store needs.
  • Proven experience in retail management, including financial oversight, sales forecasting, team leadership, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data analysis and reporting.
  • A hands-on leadership style with a passion for motivating and developing team members.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and enhancing the retail experience.
  • A strong desire to cultivate a positive workplace culture that values feedback and supports career development.
  • A track record of achieving sales targets and driving performance.
