About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Automation Specialist to join our team at Pyramid Global Technologies. As an Automation Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and delivering automation solutions to support our proactive, digital, and automated customer support solution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop automation solutions using Node.js, EJS, APIs/Web Services, MySQL, and MongoDB.
  • Develop applications, APIs, and workflow automation to test and diagnose customer services.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to define user stories and determine how they should be developed and sized.
  • Actively participate in team ceremonies and continuous improvement activities.
  • Responsible for writing code and ensuring its quality.
  • Perform production deployments and assist in the resolution of issues identified in post-deployment testing.
  • Provide production support in the production and pre-production environments.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of automation principles and practices.
  • Experience with Node.js, EJS, APIs/Web Services, MySQL, and MongoDB.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
