Sales and Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales and Customer Service Consultant to join our Northlakes store in QLD. As a Local Community Consultant, you will play a key role in bringing Medibank products and services to your local community, providing exceptional service to customers through various channels.
Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service through in-store, phone, and community interactions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
