Customer Service Representative

About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Service Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries and referrals, and providing administrative support to our clinicians and managers.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the first point of contact for customer phone enquiries
- Respond to incoming emails and website enquiries, and complete data entry
- Provide general administrative support to clinicians and managers
- Liaise with Allied Health Team Leaders regarding our local capacity to provide clinical services to best meet client needs
- Coordinate office duties, including ordering stationery and office supplies
- Triage phone calls and messages across internal departments as required
- Develop meaningful and trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders
We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who is able to work effectively in a team environment. You will have experience working in an administrative capacity and/or call-centre environment, and possess intermediate MS Office skills.
