About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Lecturer in Digital Health to join our team at Deakin University. As a Senior Lecturer, you will play a key role in leading the development and delivery of our digital health programs, and will be responsible for teaching, research, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teaching and Curriculum Development: Lead the development and delivery of digital health programs, including the design and implementation of curricula, teaching materials, and assessments.
  • Research and Scholarship: Conduct research in digital health, and contribute to the development of research initiatives and partnerships with industry and community stakeholders.
  • Community Engagement: Engage with industry partners, health services, and other stakeholders in the health sector to develop and deliver digital health programs and services.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Lead and collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement digital health initiatives, and contribute to the development of the university's digital health strategy.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: PhD or equivalent qualification in Digital Health, Healthcare Operations, or a closely related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in teaching and research in digital health, and a strong track record of publication and presentation in the field.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of digital health technologies and their applications in healthcare, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
