We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the management and coordination of our Occupational Health and Safety (WHS) Management System. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our organization meets its legislative obligations and positions itself to achieve its corporate objectives for a safe and healthy workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive WHS, security, and emergency risk management framework to prevent injuries and maintain staff health and wellbeing.
  • Provide expert WHS and emergency management advice and guidance to all levels of management, Health and Safety Representatives, and employees.
  • Lead the implementation of a positive organisational safety culture and provide leadership and mentoring to the Barwon Health WHS team.
