The Opportunity

As a key member of our sales team, you will report directly to the National Commercial Manager and be responsible for generating significant new business growth and improving share of wallet within the commercial customers allocated to your territory. You will leverage B2B digital technology to secure business relationships and increase sales and efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the territory in line with our Customer Value Proposition, collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders to meet the requirements of our strategic business plan.
  • Maintain a customer territory, leveraging our CRM program to maximize business opportunities and sales growth.
  • This role includes regular travel within the region.
  • Attend sales meetings, trade shows, and product training as required.

Requirements

  • Industry business development management experience is preferred in the automotive, industrial, local government, transport, or commercial hire sectors.
  • Prior achievement in areas of responsibility, specifically sales results, customer relationship development, and territory management.
  • Experience using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to negotiate, influence decisions, facilitate outcomes, and achieve results.
  • Sound business acumen and numerical competency.
  • Proven ability to prioritize workloads.
  • Outgoing nature with a positive and motivated approach who enjoys working within a fast-paced environment and can work calmly under pressure.
