Administrative Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Coordinator to play a key role in the smooth running of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform general office administration duties, including mail management, key register maintenance, and data entry support for various departments
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as meeting and event setup, travel logistics, and reception cover
  • Provide support to the Finance Department with data entry and account management
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Secondary school completion and demonstrated general administration experience
  • Ability to work within a small team and autonomously, with sound IT knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain cultural respect and confidentiality, with experience in Native Title organisations an advantage
Work Environment and Benefits:
