Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to oversee and improve our commercial operations.

The Business:

Our company is a leading provider of agricultural services, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships with clients.

The Role:

This role involves managing procurement, inventory planning, supplier relationships, coordinating merchandise sales, orders, and deliveries. You will work closely with the Sales and Agronomy team to identify opportunities to improve stock control, logistics, and service delivery.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent commercial awareness, a passion for agriculture, and the ability to connect with rural communities. Strong organisational skills, a proactive approach to planning, and solid computer skills (Microsoft Office essential; Sage or similar an advantage) are required. Agsafe accreditation is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage procurement, inventory planning, and supplier relationships
  • Coordinate merchandise sales, orders, and deliveries
  • Anticipate customer needs and ensure reliable, timely service
  • Identify opportunities to improve stock control, logistics, and service delivery
