About the Role

We are seeking an expert with in-depth knowledge of red meat supply chains and processing. This critical role bridges customer requirements and solution delivery by understanding operational challenges, interpreting customer and regulatory needs, and collaborating with technical teams to deliver impactful business-aligned solutions.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in red meat processing and livestock supply chain operations.
  • Proven expertise in business analysis, process mapping, or solution consulting.
  • In-depth knowledge of red meat regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and workshop facilitation skills.
