We are seeking an experienced Health Safety Environment Quality (HSEQ) professional to lead our safety initiatives across metropolitan and regional sites. This role will drive compliance, foster continuous improvement and strengthen a culture of safety in our operations.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of HSEQ principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. They will be able to lead a team and manage diverse stakeholder relationships across complex operational environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead HSEQ strategy and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and standards.
  • Provide expert guidance and training to teams and subcontractors.
  • Conduct audits and investigations to identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • Champion a safe working culture through active engagement and education.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in HSEQ or a related field.
  • ICAM accreditation and Lead Auditor qualification.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
