Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Specialist to join our high-performing team. As a key member of the operations, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive consistency across regions by championing Workplace Health and Safety standards.
  • Lead and coach regional teams to enhance safety performance.
  • Identify trends and implement proactive safety solutions.
  • Deliver training, audits, and site visits to promote a culture of safety.
  • Support incident investigations and share best practices.
  • Partner with leaders to embed safety into everyday operations.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in Workplace Health and Safety with 2+ years' experience in heavy industry or construction.
  • Sound knowledge of relevant legislation and international standards.
  • ICAM and Cert IV Training & Assessment (desirable).
  • Excellent communication skills and trusted advisor.
