About the Executive Director Role

We are seeking a visionary leader to drive research excellence, innovation and impact across agriculture, climate and environmental domains. As Executive Director, you will provide strategic leadership and advocacy for research programs and champion the development of research relevant to your field.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive research excellence, innovation and impact.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and integrate research and education efforts.
  • Foster partnerships with industry, government and international collaborators to advance research goals.
  • Mentor and develop researchers and students to ensure a strong pipeline of talent.
  • Evaluate and improve operational efficiency, compliance and financial sustainability.
  • Represent the organization in national and international forums.
Requirements:
  • A doctoral qualification in a relevant field with internationally recognized research expertise.
  • A strong track record of high-impact publications, effective partnerships and successful funding acquisitions.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in multidisciplinary environments, strategic thinking and ability to inspire stakeholders.
