Job Title: Community Outreach Worker

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Community Outreach Worker to join our team.

About the Role:

Requirements:
  • You must identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander.
  • Hold a qualification in Mental Health, Primary Health, Community Services or a related field.
  • Have strong problem-solving skills, integrity, and initiative.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
