Key Responsibilities
  1. Identify and prioritize new opportunities in the cancer diagnostic industry to accelerate our growth aspirations.
  2. Develop and drive the Oncology innovation portfolio/roadmap, working closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective execution.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop clear product specifications that meet the needs of the Oncology IVD market.
  4. Align with regional commercial leads to develop and deploy strategies and tactics required to drive market penetration in their respective geographies.
  5. Work with internal stakeholders and customers to understand product feature gaps and prioritize market-driven requirements.
Requirements
  • At least 8+ years of experience in a globally oriented organization, with a proven track record in a Life Sciences industry.
  • Scientific post-graduate qualifications and international experience, including UK, US, ASIA, and EMEA.
  • Deep clinical domain understanding of Oncology and an established network of KOLS.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate data into strategic insights and thrive in a dynamic environment.
