About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Transformation Strategy Director to join our team at Oracle. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading strategic engagements with clients to drive business transformation and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive transformation and growth, leveraging Oracle technology solutions and expertise.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale transformations, ensuring successful project outcomes and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Build and foster strong internal relationships with multiple X-LOB channels, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and articulate solutions to meet customer business requirements, leveraging Oracle Cloud products and expertise.
  • Network and develop strong business relationships with License Sales Reps and End customers, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Travel as needed to support client engagements and business development activities, ensuring successful project outcomes and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years' experience relevant to the position, including 5 years of consulting leadership experience.
  • Tertiary qualifications in technology and business.
  • Management experience including project, people, customer, financial management.
  • Experience on SaaS architecture, design, implementation, and roadmap planning.
  • Senior-level customer-facing skills to represent Oracle Applications and Technology with the customer.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Cloud products in at least one domain.
  • Experience in establishing and effectively leading a delivery team or a consulting capability to growth.
  • Strong track record of commercial growth experience.
  • People management and/or extensive leadership experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work within a highly driven and complex environment.
