Lead the Digital Transformation at AusNet Services

AusNet Services is seeking a seasoned Digital Strategy and Communications Director to drive the execution of our Digital & Technology strategy. As a key member of our Digital and Technology Team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our organization.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology strategy roadmap that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
  • Design and implement communication strategies to enhance awareness of digital programs, improvements, and outages.
  • Oversee technology-related internal communications through the Internal Communications team, coordinating with the Technology structure to promote change, education, and awareness.
  • Develop and maintain reporting and analysis to monitor performance against the strategic roadmap.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in strategy development and implementation.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing strategies in regulated environments.
  • Strong understanding of regulated environments, including regulatory submission processes.
  • Ability to think strategically and translate business objectives into actionable technology strategies.
  • Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced, ever-changing digital landscape.
