About the Role

You will play a critical role in protecting our customers from scams by investigating and managing scam-related cases, delivering empathetic communication to customers who have fallen victim to scams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing scam cases, focusing on identifying vulnerable customers and supporting them through difficult conversations.
  • Delivering clear, confident communication during difficult conversations with customers, guiding them through next steps.
  • Conducting thorough investigations to assess scam events, ensuring all findings are well-documented and aligned with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to recover funds and process reimbursements.
  • Maintaining high-quality casework, ensuring all actions are completed within agreed SLAs and reflecting a high standard of care and professionalism.
