Lead Strategic Planner

We are seeking a senior urban planner to lead strategic planning workstreams across multidisciplinary projects in policy, transport, energy, environment, and infrastructure.
- The ideal candidate will have expertise in the NSW planning system, strong project delivery skills, and a collaborative approach to shaping sustainable urban outcomes.
A key aspect of this role is to contribute to business development through preparation of proposals and tender responses.
Key Qualifications- Minimum 8 years of experience and a tertiary qualification in Urban and Regional Planning or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of the NSW planning framework, policies, and guidelines.
- Proven experience in urban planning, city economics, and transport planning within a consulting environment.
- Excellent communication, report writing, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and ability to mentor junior staff and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
