We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Consultant. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and ambitious individual to contribute to the development of innovative solutions that make a tangible difference in the built environment.

About the Role

The Senior Consultant will be responsible for contributing to multidisciplinary projects, working collaboratively with economists, heritage planners, urban designers, social planners, and transport planners. They will provide statutory and strategic urban planning advice and insights to clients, develop client relationships through trust, quality advice, and managed expectations, and write submissions, proposals, and advice that accurately reflect client needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects and achieve outstanding results.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on urban planning matters, including policy development, stakeholder engagement, and project management.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Develop and implement effective project plans, managing budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project outcomes.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have tertiary qualifications in Urban and Regional Town Planning or a related discipline and at least 5 years' experience in Urban Planning, with some experience in managing planning projects. You should possess excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
