Strategic Planner

We are seeking a seasoned planner to spearhead our planning initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop comprehensive project plans and strategies.
Responsibilities- Lead urban planning research projects, conducting data analysis and report writing to inform strategic planning decisions.
- Develop and implement project plans, identifying business resource requirements to ensure successful project delivery.
- Prepare high-quality planning documentation, including environmental impact assessments and tender submissions.
- Foster strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for business growth and development.
- Mentor junior staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Tertiary qualifications in Urban and Regional Planning or Architecture/Urban Design are essential.
- Proficiency in data analysis, research, and report writing is required.
- Substantial experience in statutory or strategic planning, preferably within New South Wales, is highly desirable.
- A self-motivated and self-directed individual with excellent communication skills is ideal for this role.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning is expected.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to produce innovative solutions are critical.
