Physiotherapist - Community Healthcare Specialist - Tasmania

We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team in Hobart, providing community-based care to clients with various conditions.
About the RoleThis part-time or full-time opportunity involves treating clients in their homes, addressing injuries, reducing pain, and providing rehabilitation programs using evidence-based practice. You will work closely with clients to understand and maximise their potential, promoting independence and comfort in their own space.
Key Responsibilities- Treating clients with diverse health conditions, including co-morbidities and post-acute care, post-surgical, reconditioning, and rehabilitation
- Providing high-quality, personable care to valued clients in the community
- Reducing pain, falls, and balance training for clients
- Collaborative Falls Management Intervention, including Exercise Programs
- Assessing, diagnosing, and treating a wide range of health conditions and movement disorders
- Developing rehabilitation programs based on evidence-based practice
- Travel reimbursement

- Ongoing training and mentoring/supervision
- Administration support and access to an experienced team of clinicians
- Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy
- Current Full AHPRA registration
- Minimum of 1-year experience
- Valid driver's licence
- Excellent communication skills
- Police Check
- NDIS Workers Check
- Level 2 First Aid
- Professional indemnity insurance
- Flu vaccination
- COVID-19 vaccination
