Job Overview
The Office Coordinator is a key role that supports customers through the entire design and installation process.
This fast-paced and dynamic full-time position requires a highly organized individual with a strong background in customer service and scheduling.
Delivering high-level customer service and interpreting customer requirements is essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support customers during the design and installation process
- C Coordinate the timing of quotations and installations
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Interpret customer requirements and communicate information across the organization and to external stakeholders
- Maintain a proactive approach to delivering quality customer service
