Job Summary">

We are seeking a Customer Service / Administrative Officer on a casual basis to provide shift coverage at our retirement village.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in administration, reception or customer service and excellent communication skills and professional presentation.

The Role">
  • Perform front desk and reception duties including responding to phone, email, and in-person enquiries from residents, families and visitors.
  • Provide administrative support to site managers and teams as required including maintaining office records and supplies.
  • Assist with tours of the village when requested and support scheduling of meetings, site events or training sessions when on shift.
Required Skills and Qualifications">
  • Previous experience in administration, reception or customer service
  • Excellent communication skills and professional presentation
  • Able to work in a retirement living environment
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Friendly and empathetic, with a genuine interest in working with older people
  • Flexibility to cover shifts at short notice preferred
  • Compliance with required immunisations (e.g. annual flu vaccine)
