About this unique residential support role

Deliver person-centred, trauma-informed care to individuals in a safe and supportive environment.

Develop and facilitate programs focused on relapse prevention, harm reduction, and overall well-being.

Contribute to the development of individualised resident plans and work collaboratively with clients and their families.

Maintain accurate records and documentation while ensuring the comfort and dignity of all residents.

Participate in ongoing program evaluation and development, contributing to continuous improvement.

Key qualifications include:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in a field such as social work, psychology, or a related discipline
  • Experience working in case management or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse clients and stakeholders
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and perform assessments as required

Additional requirements include:

  • A current and valid driver's license, with manual transmission capability
  • National Police Check
  • Ochre Card (Working with Children Clearance)
