Residential Valuation Specialist

This is a critical role in the further development of our residential valuation service.

As a Residential Valuation Specialist, you will be involved in property inspections, research, and data preparation, as well as report writing in accordance with relevant legislation and professional association standards. You will work with best-in-market proprietary software and systems to minimize time spent in the field while maximizing reporting data capture.

The position is based in Darwin NT, with fully flexible working arrangements.

  • Maintaining positive and productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

We are seeking a driven professional with high valuation skills, exceptional communication, and business development skills. You will have a strong client network and commitment to professional development, along with:

  • A degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications.
  • RPV or CPV status combined with significant experience in the residential space.
  • Strong attention to detail, report writing, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent customer service and stakeholder communication.
