- Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Support: Provide top-notch support to our guests, addressing any vehicle-related issues they may encounter.
- Negotiation: Develop strong relationships with our guests, negotiating solutions that meet their needs while adhering to our business requirements.
- Incident Management: Effectively manage incidents, ensuring our guests are kept informed about progress and solutions.
- Repair Coordination: Coordinate vehicle repairs, minimising downtime and ensuring all repairs adhere to our standards.
- Working Hours: Work a variety of shifts across 7 days, between 6am and 8pm, to meet the needs of our global guests.
- Call Centre Experience: Proven experience working in a call centre environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with our guests.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and time management skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in our CRM software, with intermediate computer skills.
- Attitude: Friendly, positive attitude, with a genuine passion for creating unforgettable experiences for our guests.
