
Small Business Development Executive

The role of Small Business Banker involves driving retention and growth of existing small business customers and acquiring new business through external relationships. You will be responsible for managing small business lending requests, growing revenue, and promoting NAB as a bank of choice.
Main Responsibilities:- Drive retention and growth of existing small business customers
- Acquire new business through external relationships
- Manage small business lending requests up to $2 million
- Grow revenue and promote NAB as a bank of choice
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Enthusiastic energy and a passion for customer service
- Business and/or Retail/Lending banking and financial experience
- Excellent understanding of the SME Market and local area knowledge
- Strong customer and relationship management
- Problem solving, time management, critical thinking and negotiation skills
