About this Role:

The successful candidate will lead our team and drive business growth in the region.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a small team, fostering a positive, high-performance work environment.
  • Drive sales and profitability by setting and monitoring performance metrics, managing resources, and analyzing store performance.
  • Develop and execute local marketing initiatives to increase foot traffic and brand awareness.
  • Manage workforce planning, team training, and performance development to build a capable and confident team.
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience, acting as our lead expert in-store, via phone, and digitally.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in retail management or assistant management roles.
  • A genuine growth mindset, with a track record of contributing to business development.
  • A strong, practical understanding of retail operations, including sales, inventory management, and team leadership.
  • Basic marketing acumen, with the ability to creatively promote a local store.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
