Job Summary

An exceptional eCommerce Manager is required to lead the online business of two leading Australian footwear brands, focusing on driving sales and growth across Shopify Plus stores.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fashion eCommerce, preferably with experience in footwear. They must be well-versed in Shopify Plus and possess excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with agencies and teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute online sale strategies and promotions to meet monthly and annual sales targets
  • Manage marketing budget and optimize outgoing spends for maximum profitability
  • Monitor and analyze site analytics, including conversion rates and customer behavior
  • Manage product uploads, descriptions, imagery, and merchandising
  • Collaborate with the Marketplace team to ensure accuracy for pricing and promotions across all sales channels
  • Work with the Marketing team to create content, manage email marketing, paid ads, and social media marketing
  • Manage third-party apps and integrations, such as payment gateways, reviews, UGC, and more
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in fashion eCommerce, with a preference for footwear
  • Shopify Plus expertise
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
