New Car Sales Team Lead

Key Performance Indicator Overview:
- A leadership role that encompasses hands-on management and oversight of all aspects of the new car department.
This includes team performance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess a proven background in sales management within a franchise dealership, with a history of surpassing sales targets.
The successful candidate will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including a retainer between $70k and $85k, plus commission, superannuation, and a company vehicle. They will also have access to ongoing training and development opportunities, as well as a supportive work environment.
