Car Detailer / Operations Assistant (Casual, Part-Time)

Carma Car Hire is a premium car hire and detailing business near Melbourne Airport. We're looking for a reliable, detail-focused team member to join our growing team.

About the Role

Casual, part-time role combining car detailing, car washing and customer service.

You'll help prepare our fleet of premium vehicles, assist guests with handovers, and support daily operations.


• Washing & detailing vehicles (interior & exterior)


• Vehicle check-in/out via Turo app & license checks


• Assisting guests with vehicle features (e.g. Tesla charging, AirPlay)


• Responding to guest inquiries (Turo app, email, website)


• Premium pick-up/drop-off (within 15km of CBD) + airport shuttle


• Liaising with Turo regarding trip queries


• Keeping warehouse clean & organised

What We're Looking For


• Experience in car washing / detailing (preferred but not essential)


• Attention to detail, able to work independently


• Comfortable using apps & email (training provided)
