Based in Seaford, our dealership is experiencing significant growth in both new and used vehicles – and we're now seeking a passionate and driven Sales Consultant to join our high-performing team.

What You'll Do

  • Assist customers throughout the entire buying journey, from initial enquiry to delivery.
  • Promote both new Honda vehicles and a diverse range of quality used cars.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and repeat customers.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the dealership's overall performance.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (finance, service, delivery) to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and keep up to date with the latest models and features.
  • Accurately complete all required documentation and CRM updates.

What We're Looking For
  • Proven sales experience in automotive or a customer-facing role (automotive preferred but not essential).
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong work ethic, with a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
  • Professional presentation and a genuine interest in helping people.
  • A current Victorian driver's licence.
