Duties and Responsibilities

As a Support Worker - Personal Care Specialist, you will be working closely with individuals or families to identify and meet their unique needs and preferences. This may involve providing personal care assistance, facilitating daily living activities, and engaging in hobbies and interests.

The specific duties and responsibilities of this role will vary depending on the individual or family you are supporting, and you will work collaboratively with them to set goals and priorities.

Our pay covers penalty rates for higher wages when working nights, weekends, or public holidays, as well as overtime. Estimated Salary Range

$33.80 - $74.36 per hour (dependent on location and experience)
