Your Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Chef in driving kitchen operations and ensuring seamless food service delivery.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to design and implement menus that showcase seasonal produce.
- Manage kitchen inventory, maintain quality control, and optimize food and labor costs.
- Train and develop kitchen staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene, safety, and compliance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a reputable restaurant.
- Culinary qualifications or equivalent practical experience.
- Excellent knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
