Job Overview

The Bid Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the successful development and delivery of proposals that meet both customer requirements and internal quality guidelines.

This position requires a highly organized and articulate individual with exceptional bid coordination and preparation experience.

  • Develop and manage bid presentations, submissions, and project profiles to ensure timely completion.
  • Collaborate with project management plans to produce high-quality submissions.
  • Assist with updating project curricula vitae and build positive relationships with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the development and delivery of bids to meet company brand guidelines, customer requirements, and internal quality standards.
  • Formulate compelling bid presentations and manage submissions within specified timeframes.
  • Utilize advanced Word skills to create and complete submissions efficiently.
  • Work collaboratively with project management teams to produce high-quality submissions.
  • Support the update of project profiles and curricula vitae.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Background in bid coordination and preparation processes.
  • Highly articulate with attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated tender, bid, or project administration experience.
  • Knowledge construction tenders.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously.
  • Effective time management skills to support meeting deadlines.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and MS Project software.
