Job Opportunity

This role offers an exciting chance to contribute to a leading manufacturer's bids and contracts department.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating internal bids and proposals, facilitating communication among teams, and developing systems for bid preparation. They will also assess previous tenders to improve costings and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate internal bids and proposals across all company departments.
  • Facilitate internal communication for tender preparation and responses to RFTs, RFQs, and RFIs.
  • Develop systems and processes for bid, tender, and proposal preparation.
  • Assess previous tenders and data to improve costings and forecasting.

Requirements

  • Australia Citizenship with ability to gain and maintain a Baseline Security Clearance.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Law/Commerce/Business or related discipline.
  • Passion for project and/or commercial management, with technology/manufacturing background preferred.
  • Contract negotiation skills desirable.
