Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Proposal Coordinator to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in graphic design, administrative/document coordination, or tender submissions roles and be proficient in Adobe InDesign.

The successful applicant will possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.

In this role, you will be responsible for compiling documentation, formatting and printing tender submissions, establishing and managing Bid Action Plans, and maintaining Bid & Strategy documentation/information database.

You will also provide effective communication & collaboration with internal stakeholders of each tender and identify improvement strategies throughout the bid process.

Responsibilities
  • Compile all documentation, proof and prepare tender submissions for approval.
  • Format, print and bind submissions to a high design standard.
  • Establish and manage Bid Action Plans for delivery of submission requirements.
  • Maintain and update Bid & Strategy documentation/information database.
  • Draft and edit executive summaries as required.
  • Provide client research and background analysis to the bid lead.
  • Provide effective communication & collaboration with internal stakeholders of each tender.
  • Identify improvement strategies throughout the bid process.
About You
  • Experience in a graphic design, administrative/document coordination, or tender submissions role.
  • Proficient in Adobe InDesign.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
