The role of Business Development Manager is a key position within our organisation, responsible for driving growth across key Corporate, Government & Business accounts.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Lead Conversion: Identify and convert sales leads into new business opportunities
- Clinet Relationship Management: Maintain and grow existing business by developing strong relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored solutions
- New Business Opportunities: Identify and secure new business opportunities within your assigned market segments, contributing to revenue and market share growth
- Client Servicing: Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of Corporate, Government, and Business clients, ensuring service excellence and high levels of satisfaction
- Telemarketing Outreach: Conduct telemarketing outreach to proactively engage prospects, generate qualified leads, and secure appointments or opportunities for conversion
- A proven track record in business development and sales, preferably within the hotel industry
- Confidence in conducting telemarketing outreach
- Exceptional relationship-building, communication and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a portfolio of accounts while meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service to clients
