Strategic Growth Director

This pivotal role plays a crucial part in driving business expansion by identifying new opportunities, conducting market research, and cultivating strategic relationships with potential clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities:- Develops and implements sales strategies for assigned territories to boost product adoption.
- Creates and executes training programs to equip the sales team with the necessary skills to sell products effectively.
- Collaborates with the Vice President of Sales and other stakeholders to expand territories and product offerings.
- Analyzes customer data to determine the most effective solutions for their needs.
- Negotiates and secures contracts.
- Grows revenue in assigned industry vertical, meets gross margin targets.
The ideal candidate possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills, negotiation abilities, organizational skills, and the capacity to work independently in a dynamic environment. They should also have a solid understanding of internal processes and systems that support sales accounts, as well as the ability to develop a deep understanding of company products, market competition, and positioning.
