
Senior Clinical Nurse Coordinator

**Job Summary:**
This role is designed to deliver senior leadership in the coordination and delivery of community treatment services.
The Clinical Nurse Consultant will work closely with the Service Manager to provide assessment, treatment, support, crisis intervention, care planning and evaluation of care in line with the NSW Health Clinical Care Standards: Alcohol and Other Drug Treatment.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver clinical leadership and education.
- Participate in research and clinical services planning.
Applicants must have a current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse, Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia. They should also have minimum five years full time equivalent post graduate qualifications experience and a post graduate qualification relevant to the drug and alcohol nursing specialty.
They must demonstrate effective communication and inter-personal skills across a variety of mediums and knowledge of the practice development framework to clinical practice.
Additionally, they should be able to contribute to strategic and clinical service planning.
